With the new year upon us we can see how rates closed out for 2022. In December 2021 the average price per square foot was $1.36. While in December 2022 the average price per square foot was $1.21 a decrease of 11.7%.

While this is not a great way to end the calendar year, we can only wait and see how quickly Self Storage will rebound in the new year.
