Now that September has ended we can see how rates for September 2022 have compared to rates in the previous year.

For September 2021 the average price per square foot was $1.77 while in September 2022 it was $1.62. This was a 9.4% decrease year over year.

With summer over and rates decreasing significantly from 2021 to 2022 when comparing month to month, we can only wait and see if rates will continue to drop further as the year goes on.
