With November behind us we can take a look at how the asking rates for 10x10 CC units within the top 25 markets advertised by REIT facilities in the month of November 2024 compared to November 2023.
In November 2024 the price per square ft was $1.04 a 12.2% decrease from November 2023 when the price per square ft was $1.19.
The Fed is expected to continue to cut interest rates in 2025, hopefully unfreezing the housing market and bringing more self storage demand with it.
