With April 2024 behind us we can see how asking rates compare to the same month last year. The average price per square foot in April 2024 was $1.28 which was a 14.5% decrease from April 2023 where the price per square foot was $1.50.

With the lease up season starting it will be interesting to see where rates in the summer go compared to 2023.
