With May 2024 behind us, we can compare the average price per square foot for May 2024 to May 2023. The average price per square foot in May 2024 was $1.33, a 15% decrease from May 2023's $1.57.
It is worth noting that this study was conducted on the top 25 markets for REIT pricing data on 10x10 CC units. Secondary markets and tertiary areas are reporting YoY increases as we enter the lease-up season!
