With June behind us, we are able to see how asking rates have trended for the REITs using pricing data for 10x10 CC units within the top 25 markets.
In June 2023 the price per square ft was $1.58 which has since dropped by 14.4% to $1.35.
It will be interesting to see what the REITs report for their achieved square footage once their earnings are released for Q2 2024.
