Casey McGrath is the Director of Revenue Management & Marketing at SpareBox Storage, a 100+ property remote managed owner/operator. He deploys machine learning and rules-based algorithms that consider real time occupancy and competitor pricing, to drive street rate and ECRI strategy. Prior to SpareBox Storage, Casey led the Finance and Revenue Management teams at Red Dot Storage. Casey began his career at The BSC Group, structuring debt and equity for self-storage operators of all sizes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s degree from the University of California- San Diego.
