Ilyssa: Hi, I'm here with Tommy from StoragePug. Tommy, it's so great to see you again. Always happy to see you out in Vegas. I was wondering if you could talk to me a little bit about with competition being so tough right now, why is it so important to be hyper-focused on top of the funnel?

Tommy: Always good to see you as well. Thank you for having me. I mean, you know, when everyone's talking about interest rates and all these headwinds and all these things that maybe bore a lot of us, right? I think that the shift and the focus and the emphasis should be on, what can we do to take care of the customers? What are the things that make tenants happy? What are the things that are going to attract the most? When, especially when we're in a lead poor environment, you got to kind of have to do everything you can to attract them, right? And so this includes things like showing off your amenities, showing the people what products you have to offer. And honestly, like even knowing your customers better. Like we have one client who operates a facility in a community that speaks, 80% of them speak Spanish. And so they're creating things that are specific content for their community. So they're creating Spanish speaking landing pages. So we're actually having to like work really hard now to get leads. And I'm excited to see operators doing those kinds of things.

Ilyssa: Yeah, it's awesome. It's always about being customer centric, staying ahead of the curb. Tommy, always great to see you. Thank you so much for your time.

Tommy: Thank you for having me.
