[US Storage Centers](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/us storage centers) is partnering with non-profit [Move For Hunger](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/move for hunger) to collect non-perishable food items to help feed families in need this Thanksgiving. The storage facilities, which operate under [Westport Properties](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/westport properties) will be available for donation from now until November 18th. 20 US Storage Centers facilities across the country are now participating in the food drive with boxes ready to accept donations at each facility. All food donations will benefit local food banks.

Move For Hunger is a national nonprofit organization that has created a sustainable way to reduce food waste and fight hunger. We have mobilized the leaders of the moving, relocation, and multi-family industries to provide their customers, clients, and residents with the opportunity to donate their food when they move. Members of Move For Hunger also organize community food drives, participate in awareness campaigns, and create employee engagement programs.
