First up is Insider. Insider allows you to see supply growth and development activity across the United States by downloading it to Excel. So hold shift on your keyboard and left click one of those tables to get an Excel sheet and see all 700 CBSAs instantly. Next up, boat and RV rental rates. So while Radius Plus only tracks traditional self-storage, we do scrape rates for any boat and RV parking spaces offered at facilities. Go to the competitors page and click rates and then hit select all from the unit size drop down menu. Once you're there, start selecting unit features that indicate boat and RV parking like boat, RV, covered or uncovered, and you'll see what's in stock at those facilities for boat and RV parking spaces. Also what they're charging for them. Next up, historical rates. Access rental rate trends going back to 2017 by clicking on the facility name once you're in the competitors page. This will show you all the rental rates going back to when we started tracking the facility. Download it to Excel and boom, you're in business.
