The Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington, TX CBSA has continued to lead the way in the self storage industry with it having the highest year over year percentage increase in rates from 2021 to 2022 so far.
The average price per square foot from January 1st 2022, to June 12th 2022 was $1.48, which was a 14% increase from the same time last year which was $1.30.
It is great to see rates continuing to increase in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington, TX CBSA, alongside all the development projects going on, as well as it already having the most supply out of any market in the United States.
