Texas is a Self Storage hotspot, and with the state's growing population it is important to see how much supply growth has grown within the top 10 markets in 2022.
Killeen-Temple seemed to have a strong year for adding new supply outpacing the other markets in the top 10. Corpus Christi seemed to be lagging in opening any new facilities in 2022, but this seems to be reversing as in 2023 they have already added .9% of new supply so far.
