StorageMart has announced the purchase of a 273-unit storage facility in Spokane, Washington. StorageMart's new 47,900 net rentable square foot facility in Washington is the company's first step into the state. The property was previously owned by Storage Shack of Spokane and is currently transitioning to operate under StorageMart management and branding.
StorageMart who are headquartered in Columbia, Missouri, were founded in 1999, and aim to “satisfy every customer with friendly service and a welcoming self storage environment”. With more than 220 self storage facilities across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, StorageMart promise to provide easy, clean storage solutions and friendly customer service.
