With SSA Las Vegas behind us and the Mid-Atlantic SSA show coming up, it was a good time to review which markets in the Mid-Atlantic region have significant supply growth.
Among the Top CBSA’s with the most supply in the Mid-Atlantic- three markets stand out:
Syracuse, NY CBSA - has added over 10.7% new supply from 2023 till now, with another 5.48% in the development pipeline.
Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, PA-NJ CBSA - has added over 12.6% new supply from 2023 till now, with another 14.6% in the development pipeline.
New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ CBSA - has seen over 7.6% new supply added from 2023 to now (almost 2,000,000 NRSF added!) and has another 15% of projected supply in the development pipeline.
