On April 15, 2020, Five Star Storage of (Fargo, ND) acquired 1804 Storage in Bismarck, North Dakota.
The newly-acquired facility offers nearly 350 units and over 65,000 rentable square footage of self storage space and constitutes Five Star’s second location in the Bismarck/Mandan market.
Five Star Storage’s Western North Dakota Area Manager, Tricia Zinke, assisted the acquisition team with the purchase and is “very excited to have additional clean and reliable storage units to offer the Bismarck/Mandan community—at Five Star, we take care of people—not just property!”.
This new addition to Five Star Storage will soon have new signage, fencing, gate system and additional cameras installed. This acquisition will be operated as an annex facility to their existing Bismarck, ND facility.
Five Star Storage currently owns and operates 17 self storage facilities across North Dakota and Minnesota.
